Recruitment Dates & Info 2026

Congratulations—and get ready to call those Hogs 🐗 You’re headed to Fayetteville!

Old Main, the Chi Omega Greek Theater, the Senior Walk—and all things Walton—are about to become part of your everyday life. But before all of that, you’re about to Find Your Letters through sorority recruitment.

Get ready, because the University of Arkansas Panhellenic Association throws one of the biggest and most electric sorority recruitments in the nation! With over 2,200 PNMs joining the excitement every year, you aren't just signing up for recruitment—you’re stepping into a high-energy tradition that is legendary in the SEC.

To keep up with the massive growth on campus, the Greek community has exploded from seven to 12 chapters over the last 20 years, making room for even more sisterhood. But don’t let the "competitive" tag fool you! Behind the scenes, Arkansas sororities are all about crushing academic goals, making a real impact through philanthropy, and having the time of your life. Between themed date parties, the hype of Big/Little reveals, and cheering on the Hogs at Razorback Stadium, there’s never a dull moment.

FyL FYI: What to know about Arkansas’ recruitment

  • The doors might not open until August, but sorority recruitment is already happening! It’s important to get on chapters’ radars as soon as you commit to Arkansas. Make connections, visit campus if you can, and find ways to stand out.

  • Get those letters of recommendation in early! These are essential at Arkansas and submitting them sooner rather than later allows recruitment teams to start learning about you. It can also open the door for opportunities like summer coffee dates or PNM events.

  • PNM videos are submitted in advance, and it’s so important to knock yours out of the park. This is your time to shine—stand out and leave them wanting to get to know you more.

  • Recruitment parties can start super early - think 7:30 a.m. party times!

How FyL Can Help

  • Conversation support (what chapters suggest you talk about vs. the real questions you should be asking) – check!

  • Recommendation & resume guidance (what chapters are looking for, what actually helps you stand out, and where rec writers typically come from) – check!

  • Understanding the process (how cuts are made, when to expect major drops, and what Panhellenic shares vs. what you really need to know) – check!

Explore our packages under the Personal Coaching or Build Your Own Package tabs. We’re rooting for you and can’t wait to see you Find Your Letters on Bid Day! 🎉
