Hi, we're Sherry & Kate, Founders of FYL! We both loved our sorority experience and found it to truly be a lifelong connection! When we went through recruitment, we knew we wanted to be in a sorority, but we were looking for which one was the right one - the big question was whose letters were we going to get to wear on bid day?
Collectively, we have over 25 years of experience in the sorority recruitment field - in roles such as Chapter Presidents and VP Recruitment and Public Relations, regional specialist, chapter establishment interview team member, NCL & High School forum speakers.
Over the last decade plus in the recruitment field, we have seen a lot of changes - virtually every year, we see a new wrinkle thrown into the mix. We get it - you’ve never been through sorority recruitment, so how do you know how to prepare when change is constant? That’s where we come in.
After watching thousands of young women come through recruitment parties and reading their sorority resumes, we recognized that some were more prepared for this sorority recruitment process than others.
