Recruitment Dates & Info 2026

You’re Fort Worth bound and Horned Frog ready—Riff Ram Bah Zoo!

Get ready, because once you arrive at Texas Christian University, spots like Frog Fountain, the Campus Commons, and Amon G. Carter Stadium won’t just be landmarks anymore—they’ll become part of your everyday rhythm.

Think purple everywhere on game day, walking across a campus that feels both lively and close-knit, spontaneous “Go Frogs!” from people you don’t even know, and a spirit that turns everyday moments into something memorable.

But before all of that? You’re about to Find Your Letters through sorority recruitment—and trust us, this is where the friendships, the traditions, and the unforgettable chaos all begin.

TCU Recruitment 2026 Dates

June 1: Registration opens

July 31: Registration closes

August 12: Round 1

PNMs will watch videos of the different chapters from home.

August 15: PNM bag pick up

August 16 – 18: Round 2

PNMs can attend up to 9 chapters over these 3 days.  Outfits are casual, with t-shirts provided by Panhellenic. You’ll want to style it in a way that shows your personality—think cute skirts or shorts paired with your tee for a fun, comfortable, and put-together look.

August 19 & 20: Round 3

PNMs can attend up to 6 chapters over these 2 days. ✨ This round is a bit dressier, so think cute sundresses, rompers, or elevated summer looks that feel polished but still comfortable.

August 21: Round 4

Since Round 4 is more special and ceremonial, this is your moment to dress to impress.  Think nicer attire like a dress, pantsuit, romper, or a polished blouse and skirt combination. Cocktail attire, business-professional dresses, or a chic “Sunday brunch” look are all perfect choices.

PNMs may visit a maximum of 2 chapters, and outfits are typically paired with wedges or heels to complete a more elevated, put-together look.

August 23: Bid Day

For the perfect TCU Bid Day outfit, think comfortable, stylish, and ready to celebrate in white or black (so you don’t clash with your new Bid Day shirt!). Popular options include athleisure dresses, rompers, or a skirt-and-top combo that can easily be worn under your sorority t-shirt.

PLEASE NOTE: New members are typically very busy celebrating and spending time with their new chapters, and there is also limited space during Bid Day events.

Texas Christian University kindly cautions against parents or families attending Bid Day activities.

FyL FYI: What to know about TCU recruitment

·       The doors might not open until August, but sorority recruitment is already happening! It’s important to get on chapters’ radars as soon as you commit to Texas A&M. Make connections, visit campus if you can, and find ways to stand out.

·       Get those letters of recommendation in early! These are essential at Texas A&M, and submitting them sooner rather than later allows recruitment teams to start learning about you. It can also open the door for opportunities like summer coffee dates or PNM events.

·       PNM slides – not videos! - are submitted in advance, and it’s so important to knock yours out of the park. This is your time to shine—stand out and leave them wanting to get to know you more.

How FyL Can Help

·       Conversation support (what chapters suggest you talk about vs. the real questions you should be asking) – check!

·       Recommendation & resume guidance (what chapters are looking for, what actually helps you stand out, and where rec writers typically come from) – check!

·       Understanding the process (how cuts are made, when to expect major drops, and what Panhellenic shares vs. what you really need to know) – check!

Explore our packages under the Personal Coaching or Build Your Own Package tabs. We’re rooting for you and can’t wait to see you Find Your Letters on Bid Day! 🎉
