Oklahoma State

Recruitment Dates & Info 2026

You’re Stillwater bound and Cowboy ready—Go Pokes!

From the Edmon Low Library to the Student Union to a sea of orange that shows up everywhere on game day—get ready, because these aren’t just campus landmarks… they’re about to become your everyday backdrop for the next four years.

Think Boone Pickens Stadium shaking on Saturdays, random “Go Pokes!” from strangers that ultimately become friends, late-night runs to the Union, and an entire campus that somehow turns orange on command at Oklahoma State University. Stillwater isn’t just a place you go—it’s a place you become.

But before all of that? You’re about to Find Your Letters through sorority recruitment—and trust us, this is where the magic, the friendships, and the best kind of chaos all kick off.

Oklahoma State Recruitment 2026 Dates

May 1: Recruitment Registration Opens

July 29: Recruitment Registration Closes

Tuesday, August 4: Meet with your Gamma Chi (Virtual Meeting)

Wednesday, August 5: Open House via Zoom (Round 1)

Thursday, August 6: Open House via Zoom (Round 1)

Sunday, August 9: Move In & Check-In

Tuesday, August 11: Philanthropy (Round 2)

Wednesday, August 12: Philanthropy (Round 2)

Your first in-person round is here! PNMs can attend up to 9 parties over these two days, where you’ll get a first look into each chapter’s philanthropy and community service efforts.

Panhellenic will provide you with a t-shirt to wear—your job is to style it up with a cute skirt or shorts and finish the look with comfy, cute shoes (you’ll be on the move, so comfort is key!).

Thursday, August 13: Sisterhood (Round 3)

PNMs can attend up to 6 parties on this day. For outfits – game day attire! Think orange, black, or white to show your spirit and keep the vibe fun and cohesive across the day. Cute sundresses, skirts, or matching sets are all perfect directions for this round.

And don’t forget—when planning your outfits, keep the heat in mind! Choose lightweight, breathable fabrics, comfy shoes, and anything that will keep you cool while still looking game-day ready.

Friday, August 14: Preference (Round 4)

You’ll attend up to 2 parties on this day. This round is more serious—and often emotional—day for both PNMs and chapter members.

You’ll be welcomed into beautifully decorated rooms that may reflect each chapter’s colors, mascots, and flowers, creating a meaningful and memorable atmosphere as you spend time reflecting on each experience.

For outfits, think dressy cocktail—this is your chance to dress up! Cute dresses, polished heels or wedges, and a put-together, elevated look are perfect for the occasion.

 Saturday, August 15: Bid Day

For the perfect OSU Bid Day outfit, think comfortable and stylish in white or black (so you don’t clash with your new Bid Day shirt!). Popular options include athleisure dresses, rompers, or a skirt and top combo that can easily be worn under a sorority t-shirt.

Visit OSU Panhellenic for official recruitment information.

FyL FYI: What to know about OSU recruitment

·       The doors might not open until August, but sorority recruitment is already happening! It’s important to get on chapters’ radars as soon as you commit to OSU. Make connections, visit campus if you can, and find ways to stand out.

·       Get those letters of recommendation in early! These are essential at OSU, and submitting them sooner rather than later allows recruitment teams to start learning about you. It can also open the door for opportunities like summer coffee dates or PNM events.

How FyL Can Help

·       Conversation support (what chapters suggest you talk about vs. the real questions you should be asking) – check!

·       Recommendation & resume guidance (what chapters are looking for, what actually helps you stand out, and where rec writers typically come from) – check!

·       Understanding the process (how cuts are made, when to expect major drops, and what Panhellenic shares vs. what you really need to know) – check!

Explore our packages under the Personal Coaching or Build Your Own Package tabs. We’re rooting for you and can’t wait to see you Find Your Letters on Bid Day! 🎉
