We both loved our sorority experience and found it to truly be a lifelong connection! When we went through recruitment we knew we wanted to be in a sorority but we were looking for which one was the right one - the big question was whose letters were we going to get to wear on bid day?
Collectively we have over 20 years of experience in the sorority recruitment field - in roles such as collegiate officers, regional specialist, chapter establishment interview team member, NCL & High School forum speaker. With all that, the role we have that we love the most is the one we currently hold as collegiate recruitment advisors.
Over the last decade plus as recruitment advisors we have seen a lot of changes - virtually every year we see a new wrinkle thrown into the mix. We get it - you typically go through recruitment once so how do you master the process with a one time shot? That’s where we come in.
After watching thousands of young women come through recruitment parties and reading their recruitment packets we recognized that some were more prepared for this process than others. This fact kept standing out to us so we decided to launch Find Your Letters to offer our insight and tools for those who want to go into recruitment - well, let’s say… recruitment ready.
Kate and her husband live in Tulsa, Oklahoma with their precious twins. She has her Masters in Education. Sherry and her husband raised their family in the Park Cities in Dallas, Texas and she has her MBA - Marketing and is a certified Project Management Professional.
